Don't be so prescriptive, rigid or control freak

The intervention should focus on the introduction of questions and the nore taking

The guidelines for running the sessions should only be a framework or a prompt

I should revise the protocols and redraft them as partbof the guidelines (work on previous structure

I should give full ownership to the student

I could introduce transferable skills (teaching, presentation etc...) into the process

I should monitor with a self assessment form for the presenters
