Action Research: a hopeful third time winner

It looks like we will be able to have our first Drawing Reading Group session of the term and that the Action research project will finally furnish some data.

Even though LL will be unable to attend, I decided to run the session with JG and TC only. After what we have suffered this past weeks, 2 out of 3 is the best we can get at the moment.

I foresaw that the smallness of the target group was going to be an important parameter for the research, but I never thought it was going to become such an important problem. I will have to carefully consider how I include what has happened in the final report and what is the real weight of it in terms of impact.

Hopefully, we will agree on at least an additional session so I can take my Easter holidays with at least 2 sessions (out of 3) worth of data.

I hope to run one of the sessions next term, presenting the problem in the context of my own PhD proposal. I am still unsure as if this will be included on my Action Research project but I am increasingly becoming aware that the students relate better to me as a researcher, that is, when I share the problems I am encountering in my own project.
