What is the best way of giving negative feedback? How do you tell a student they are not pulling their weight and may be de-registered from the course? How can you make a student see that, even if they say everything will be fine and all is under control, you know, because you have experience if this, it isn't?

I found yesterday's tutorial with VK very difficult. But I know it had to be done.
